Welcome to Gifted Financial Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or communication channels, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Scope of Services

Gifted Financial Services provides credit education, credit repair assistance, tax preparation services, and general financial guidance. Services are offered under clearly defined agreements or packages such as “Credit Rounds.”

We do not guarantee specific credit score increases, approval outcomes, or tax refund amounts. All results vary based on individual credit history, financial behavior, and third-party decisions.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide accurate personal and financial information.
Complete onboarding, document uploads, and required authorizations (including POA).
Maintain regular communication and timely payment.

Failure to cooperate may delay or terminate services.

3. Fees and Payments

All fees, including payments for Credit Rounds, are due prior to service start. Fees are nonrefundable once work has begun, as outlined in the service agreement.

Separate fees may apply for certified mail, appeals, or additional dispute rounds.

4. Use of Communications

By providing a phone number or email, you consent to receive service updates, reminders, and educational messages. You may opt out of promotional messages by replying STOP to SMS or using unsubscribe links in emails.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and branding belonging to Gifted Financial Services are protected intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce or distribute materials without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gifted Financial Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for services directly related to the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee regarding credit score changes or other financial results.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services per the terms of the service agreement. All outstanding fees remain payable, and no refunds are issued for completed or in-progress services.
